Settings

Brackets Website Admin will allow the user to setup a remote FTP connection for your local projects

Brackets Website Admin will allow the user to setup a remote FTP connection for your local projects  
Just enter the local and remote settings. Once completed and saved, these details are encrypted using CRYPTO-JS and stored locally in HTML5 Local Storage

Once an FTP connection has been setup several actions will be available to the user

Local

  • UploadrightClick file/folder in sitetree
  • Upload ALL from local project to remote root Alt+U

Remote

  • ConnectAlt+R
  • Preview filesupports images & docs
  • Download file to local projectrightClick file in sitetree
  • Edit remote filerightClick file in sitetree OR dblClick - upload on SAVE

The WYSIWYG editor will use this URL to serve CSS and images This variable is used in the WYSIWYG editor - defaults to local project location

WYSIWYG editor:

Autoload the WYSIWYG editor when opening HTML files The WYSIWYG editor is not finished yet. The plan is to create something similar to surreal cms - watch for future updates

Markers:

Highlights contenteditable html elements Display a visual outline surrounding the editable sections contained in the webpage in the WYSIWYG editor

Markers outline:

Set the markers outline style[solid|dotted|dashed]

Markers width:

Set the markers outline width[1px|2px]

Markers color:

Set the markers outline colorselect from dropdown

Remote

FTP details are encrypted using CRYPTO-JS and stored locally in HTML5 Local Storage

Clicking the "Test" button will ensure FTP deatils are correct before saving

These extensions work well with "Brackets Website Admin" and have been included by default

The user has the ability to disable any of these extensions by opening {Alt+X} the Extensions dialog window and unchecking the option
